Sourdough made authentically each day on site in Happy Valley with flour, water, salt and leaven. It takes two days from the moment we begin mixing until the hot finished loaf leaves the oven.

There are two options: plain or with olives, fruits or nuts. Be happily surprised or WhatsApp and ask what we are planning to add to the sourdough this week.
