Are your products gluten free?

Unfortunately they are not. We make everything on site in Happy Valley using a lot of wheat flour every week. Even if we made some items without gluten, it’s very likely that the finished product would contain traces of wheat flour.

We know that many customers are keen on gluten free products, which are very difficult to find in Hong Kong. When we find a gluten free bakery we can recommend, we will list it here.
