Proof history

Proof is an artisan sourdough bakery in Happy Valley, Hong Kong operating since 2016. Open every day. We use unbleached flour, water, salt and levain. No preservatives. No additives, improvers or stabilisers. We make our sourdough bread, croissants, pains au chocolat, egg tarts and other pastries fresh on site each day. All our surplus product goes to charity.

We bake sourdough breads - boule and baguette - as well as pastries including croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes and muffins, We also have house-made packaged granola and cookies.

Our coffee beans are roasted in Hong Kong by Rubix and our espresso machine is from Rocket.
